Priority Mail & first class is used within the United States with delivery conformation of each package for tracking shipments.
We use international flat rate for all other countries. ( please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery, we do not know how long items will take to pass custom stations)

Your vinyl decals will arrive in three layers.
1. Top layer is the application (sticky) tape, which is used to Transfer the decal onto your surface.
2. Middle layer is the decal itself , which is sandwiched in between the application tape & backing
3. Bottom layer is the backing paper. (backing paper gets removed First)

(Yes, they will also work on slightly textured painted walls, plastics, metals, glass, tile, painted surfaces & more) It is removable although not reusable. Please consider upon removal slight damage to paint might occur and minor touch up may be necessary.
