El Mariachi Pencil Skirt (made to order)

Knee-length pencil skirt with a decorative hem and mariachi trim, - made of red cotton twill. The skirt is serged and lined, and has a a slim fit. To order please send me the following measurements in inches:

Natural Waist (this is your waist at your belly button)
Hips (measure around the widest part of the hip)
