It is made out of cherry red wool for the upcoming cool months. Cotton ruffles peek out from underneath in wonderful striped and floral print in blues, brown, red and white. Blue, vintage buttons climb up the front of the skirt to the waistband.
This skirt has a 34" waistband and will fit up to 44" hips
