**Flower is attached to setting & ring pad with industrial strength E6000 clear glue, the best available. However, I recommend care be taken not to subject your ring to unnecessary abuse as it sits high on its setting (ie. do not let your toddler repeatedly drive over it with plastic trucks :O)
