Using worsted weight yarn and a G hook, the finished product will be about 3" tall, with legs that can engulf prey up to 9" in diameter.
For sale is an original two page pdf pattern, which I will email you directly at the address of your choosing (I will default to the email address tied to your Etsy account unless you leave it in a "comment to seller"!)
The pattern assumes you know (or are willing to google) some basic (American notation) crochet stitches - single, double, slip, increase, decrease, etc. It does NOT, however, assume you like to decipher tricky code, so it's written out in long form, and I explain why certain stitches are called for at different times.
If you've got basic crochet skills, this project can be made in a leisurely evening. However, it's more complicated than others in the Wunderkammer.
