I've made this pearl necklace with large and small freshwater pearls nestled together on sterling silver chain... like a mama and her baby. I've used double layers of chain to bring balance to the round pearls. This is sweet and modern at the same time and makes a great gift for Mother's Day, a new mom, or just something for those who like the asymmetrical aspect of the necklace.

The necklace measures approximately 16 inches (40.6 cm) inches around. The bigger pearl is about 8 mm, and the smaller about 5 mm.
