lovely neck cuff/warmer. This is knitted in the round so there are know seamsto rub on your neck, you just pull it ove your head to give a lovely snuggly fit. You can turn the top over or scrunch it up what ever way you like it is not bulky like a scarf and it will stay in place till you take it of. It is ideal if you ride a bike because it will fit under your leather jacket and your helmet and keep your neck warm. It is 51% wool and is a lovely mix of red blue and green colours What is a scowl it is a hug for your neck a cross between a scarf and a neck cuff but so much more.
