Sweet Sea monsters! They are truly adorable and super fun! You can arrange them several different ways to make it look like they are happily swimming in your cake: in rows, V-shape with flowers in between them, swimming up the tiers of cake, etc. I can customize these cutie pies (bouquet, veil, top hat, bow tie, etc.) just let me know what you want.
