Note that Tibet silver is not real silver, but an alloy of metals. I always make sure there is no lead and nickel in the findings that I use for my jewelry.
The length of the earrings is just over 5 cm or about 2 inch together with the elongated ear wires, while the beaded part alone is about 2 cm or 4/5 inch.
