The Guardian is considered a found objects sculpture and she represents the Emotions of a woman, that if put through enough pain and strife they have the power to shield her from feeling that pain again and yet at the same time hinders her capacity to love.
Only one with absolute true intentions will be able to lift her from the darkness and fully open her heart, soul and mind to feel love again.
She was created from a metal holder that I believe used to have some type of glass container (it was missing when I purchased it) and Paperclay. The entire piece was painted with acrylics and double sealed with Liquitex Matte sealant. Her shield was created with a metal button and paperclay. She also has a paperclay heart. All of her chains are also recycled. The key, sword, heart and shield is removable for ease of packing.
Overall Measurements are 10 1/4 in. tall x 6 1/2 in. wide x 6 in. deep.
She is signed and dated on the back of her heart.

NOTE: Paperclay can be fragile; avoid knocking against hard surfaces. Do not leave paperclay in direct sunlight for high heat will cause it to continue curing which will lead to cracking.
