The newer model of AZURE KNITS's popular drawstring hat! Due to the fiber attributes of Alpaca (less elastic), it may be a little small to use it as a hat AND a cowl for adults. However if you have a smaller head, of if is used by kids, it could be used as a cowl instead.

This one drapes hen you where it as a hat like a santa-hat.
This version is 50% superfine alpaca, 50% silk. (The brim and the drawstring is 70% Merino Wool, 30% Silk) OOh luxuryy. Since for some people Alpaca is a little too toasty for hats and neck warmers (though I personally love them), I made it a little more airy/open with the lace and slightly loser gauge to let air in and out more. Elegant combination of down-to-earth blues. The silk gives a subtle shimmer.
