Steampunk Inspired Gearrings - Dangle Style Earrings - Vintage Repurposed Watch Movements on Antiqued Silver Tone Filigree - Handmade and Designed by A Second Time

This pair of Steampunk inspired Gearrings are hand assembled with vintage repurposed Caravelle 17 jewel watch movements accented with CRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements joining the original ruby red jewels of the watch movements. Each watch movement is securely attached to antiqued silver tone filigree discs and drop from quality nickel and lead free lever back style earrings. The Gearrings measure approximately 1 ¼” (3.2cm) in length x ¾” (2cm) in width. Prior to transforming these watch movements into these one of a kind earrings they are inspected by several watch makers to verify that they can no longer be repaired to serve their original purpose. Each watch movement is then gently cleaned by hand, to remove any soils and oils that may have accumulated over time, but still retains the patina that developed over the service time of the watch.

You get the piece you see in the picture...no waiting for another piece to be made that will be slightly different!
