Skirt can be any size up to waist 47" and total length of skirt can be up to 28" from top of band to edge of hem for this style skirt.
The yoga style band is 4 inches wide and has a 50% stretch. The band is a rib knit of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The give allows you to wear it at your waist or ease it down around your hips.
