Satin and Peacock Feather Beaded Cuff
From MRSdesigns
This stunning cuff is constructed of black satin, peacock feathers, blue sequins, beads, and two layers of felt inside for strength and flexibility. Four hook and eye closures are securely sewn to the ends of the cuff. Measures 2" by 8". All hand beaded, with hand-made satin rosettes. The feathers freely fell out of well-cared-for, free-range birds who roam my parents' farm.
