To choose a different coloured pearl, such as lavender pink, peach pink, violet gray, and white, see the pearls in this listing: http://www.etsy.com/listing/65055195/colored-pearls-in-textured-sterling and let me know which pearl you would like during check-out with this ring.
Your ring will be built for you, when you order it. Each of these rings is similar in appearance, but as is the nature of the pearls and diamonds, each piece will be different. Unless you have a colour preference, I will choose the nicest of the bunch for your ring.
Photos are always sent for your approval before the completed piece will ship out. Please see my shop announcement for my current lead time (look under the 'Specimental' shop banner): http://www.etsy.com/shop/elseetee2
Each of these rings are each unique creations. The focal point of the ring is a cluster of orbs. I have included a luscious, steel-coloured pearl. Surrounding the pearl is a gorgeous, glossy raw diamond crystal, and a number of sterling silver bubbles- some have a reticulated surface, and others are smooth.
The sterling silver ring band is a wide 1/2". In keeping with the bubble motif of this ring, I have textured it with a deeply debossed bubble pattern. This pattern is created using a rolling mill and a textured metal plate. After soldering together the silver components, I polished the ring with a steel brush. The final step before setting the pearl and diamond was to put the ring into my rock tumbler for a few hours- this hardens the metal, and makes for a more durable finish.
This diamond is conflict-free, and is its natural, uncut, crystal form.
The diamond is around 3/16" across, and pearl measures about 1/4" across. All edges of the ring band have been sanded for comfort, and the inside of the band was given a matte lustre finish.
As with all of my specimen jewelry, this ring should be worn with consideration and care to ensure a long life.
***Shipping includes tracking number***
PLEASE NOTE: I am able to send this at a less expensive shipping rate (Canada $9.50, USA $6.50, International $9.50), but this does not include tracking nor delivery confirmation. The package will only be insured for a maximum of $100. I prefer to not use this method for this piece, as the insurance is inadequate and I cannot cover the rest of the cost of the piece should it be lost in the mail. However, if you prefer to have your piece shipped using this lower-insured method, I can certainly do this for you.
