I decorated them with my own polymer clay cane work.
A cane is a tube of clay with a design inside of it, sort of like a sushi roll. The making of a cane is an art form in itself. Once the cane is finished, it is sliced into very thin slices and applied to the object. I then bake it to the correct hardness, and sand and buff the item so it is nice an smooth. Finally, a coat of protective varnish is applied for shine and durability.
These will make a great housewarming gift. They are 2.5 inches high.
