My sister-in-law Amy is a highly-skilled treasure-hunter with fabulous taste. The pink plastic balls are the very last of a fabulous selection of pink beads she found for me at an estate sale. They're in great shape -- such a pretty color! -- with a light seam on the side (which can be twisted out of view if you please). Beneath them are the 15mm green glass beads -- softly faceted to reflect pink, as well as the silver from the shiny nuggets sandwiched between the two beads. The green beads came from a necklace I "rescued" from a thrift store. The earrings are finished on top with 4mm and 2mm silver balls. Their simple design is all the better to accentuate their fine color, shine, and interesting shapes (e.g., The silver disks are not perfect circles; their wavy, "pebble" shapes are unexpected and captivating).
Bead-to-bead, the earrings measure 1.2 inch. They hang from surgical steel flattened-fishhook ear wires at just under 2".*
Your earrings will be accompanied by a handmade card that describes the make & history of the beads. Gift wrapping is free upon request; be sure to include pertinent details (e.g. mailing address, message, etc.) at checkout.
*Surgical steel is generally well-tolerated by those with sensitive ears or allergies. If you prefer another type of ear wire, please convo us prior to ordering. A small charge may apply for certain styles.
