I remember actually using typewriting books like these during a typing class I took as a junior in high school...
These two vintage typewriting coursebooks are being sold together. The teal colored book is titled "20th Century Typewriting, Complete Course (Seventh Edition)", and was published in 1957; the rust colored book is titled "College Typewriting, Intensive Course (5th Edition)", and was published in 1955.
Both books are in good condition, with expected signs of use -- pen/pencil notations made by previous students (most pages do not have any marks; a few pages are quite marked), and bumping/wear to corners and edges. They are hardcover, and have text and images on both sides of all pages -- these books stand up, and are meant to be worked through one way, then flipped over and worked through the other way.
This set would look great in a vintage study or library! Alternatively, you could cut them up and use them in tons of altered art, collage and mixed media projects.
