Connections in life, in people, and in relationships is a reoccurring theme in my work. I am deeply fascinated by they way we live together, the patterns we develop, and the patterns they mimic throughout our surroundings.
This painting represents these connections in life, the relationships we develop with each other and with the world.
-This painting's main color is burnt sienna (Winsor & Newton brand if you would like to check it out). It has bright greens, deeps blues, and touches of reds and yellows. It measures 3x4ft and with the frame 38x50 inches. There is a glare in the hair that's shine didn't want to leave. The hair's really a dark brown. Varnish is applied everywhere but the flesh, the flesh has a satin matte finish.
Colors may vary with different monitor settings.
