To make this lap- or sofa-sized batik quilt, Planets and Moons, I purchased a template set for the curved blocks and sprinkled in a few teeny set-in circles using a technique my sister taught me. All the fabrics are batiks I've collected over time and the backing is flannel.

The piece measures 62 by 70 inches,a generous lap or sofa quilt. It can be washed in cold water with soap, rinsed twice and tumble dried or laid flat to dry. There is slight shrinkage with the first wash.

Quilt will ship priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance in the USA. I refund shipping charges in excess of $5.00 over actual cost.
