Here is a vintage HAPPY FACE BANK by McCoy. Produced in the early 1970’s, the Happy Face Line featured mugs, planters, cookie jars and banks. I’ve seen the mugs and cookie jars, but this is the first bank that I’ve come across. It is in good vintage condition with a little of the cold paint missing around the right eye and the smile. It could be easily touched up if you are so inclined. There are not any chips or cracks, but there is a bump baked into the glaze under the left eye. This is a great piece for a McCoy collector or a 70’s pop culture enthusiast.
