Another moth necklace from my "Lepidopterology" (study of butterflies and moths) series - Pendant is made by taking a vintage illustration of a butterfly, applying the paper image to a 1/8" thick wood board and cutting the piece with a laser cutting machine. The reverse is painted black. Hung from an 18 1/2" brass chain and adorned with either vintage lucite beads and/or Swarovski crystal beads. (depending on which listing - see photos) Finished with a brass lobster clasp. Moth is about 3" wide.
Note: These butterflies are made of PAPER and WOOD. If you wear them in the shower or swim with them on, you'll have a soggy mess hanging around your neck! They'll be just fine for everyday wear, but please be cautious!
