You're looking at a gorgeous SOLID brass Medium-small vintage french traditional drawer knob, with intricate relief detailed floral and swirly decoration. The screw behind come with it.
This is in a good vintage USED condition. I have given it a quick brush clean but not too much in order to show it's details. If you it sup polished and shine use some lemon juice and salt!
