The lamp is completely hand-assembled in San Francisco. We tried create a truly minimalistic object and use two main materials for the lamp - laser cut plexiglass and one hundred micro-cassetes.
The bulb type used for the lamp is 40 watt Vida Large G-16.5 Globe.
The lamp is UL certified.
The production of the lamp to max. 2-4 lamps a month.
The lamp currently ships (via FedEx) within 2-3 weeks from the time of purchase. Please email to tapelamps [!at] transparenthouse.com if you'd like to place a custom order or expedite the shipment.
PRICE UPDATE: We are currently offering this lamp for $690 as a holiday promotion. If you place your order before December 5th we will be able to ship the lamp by Christmas. The lamps standard price is $1200.
