These delicate, lightweight earrings have been hand tatted in silver / grey cotton thread and are part of my Frivolite Victorian Collection. I had this idea recently for a simple flower shape. I created the central part and then decided to tat a chain around the outside. I've attached each earring to two silver plated split rings at the top, which then hangs from a sterling silver fish hook earwire. This would work well with a Victorian costume or as an accessory to a summer dress.
Each earring is 1 1/4 inches (31mm) wide by slightly over 1 1/2 inches (40mm) long (including the split rings).
