*Condition* very good to excellent
the slip has greenish discoloration under the strap slides from the metal laying against the material for many years, it does not show when worn as it is under the slides or if you adjust the slides it goes to the back of the strap. The green elastic insets at the back of the straps are faded slightly in some areas and the elastic has lost most of the stretch. I found a few areas of chipping on the painted metal pieces. None of these concerns detract from the wearability or collectability of the slip dress.

I recommend that you measure an actual garment that fits you well and compare the measurements for the best fit.
Remember that the measurements measure the garment, not the person wearing it, leave 1-2" of ease for the proper fit.
