Anne Shirley would have loved the puffed sleeves on this sweet dress! This is a darling blue - teal striped dress with a full skirt and a peter pan collar.

CONDITION: very good
-there are a couple of very faint and small yellow spots on the front on the skirt that are hardly visible.
