This blend of eight magical herbs can be burned as a herbal incense, smoked as handrolled cigarette or in a pipe, and infused as a herbal tea. Each herb has been specially selected to enhance the magician, witch, or shaman's ability to cross between the worlds and commune with spirits. Eight is the magical number of the pillar or axis mundi of the Earth which acts as a ladder between the worlds. When ingested or inhaled, these herbs and their properties become a part of you so you are able to draw on their powers of travel, flight, and protection.

A possible hedgecrossing rhyme from Scotland:

"King and Queen of Caledon,
How many miles to Babylon?
Eight and eight, and other eight.
Will I get there by candle-light?

Ingredients: Comfrey to travel there and back safely, Fennel as the key to open the door, Feverfew for protection while travelling, Mugwort to encourage hedgecrossing and enhance your supernatural powers, Mullein as hedge-taper to light the way, Spearmint for protection while travelling and to call your spirit guides, Wild Lettuce for flying, and lastly Wormwood for protection, enhancing crossing, and calling spirit guides.
