Hand Spun Art Yarn
This is a hand spun art yarn, spun by me from hand dyed merino wool, hand dyed by the Yarn Wench in color "Decadence" - shades of violet, orchid, and orange-y brown. I spun in purple/violet, dark blue, and copper/tan novelty and specialty yarn snippets, then plied with copper metallic thread. A little different than the two skeins spun earlier in the year.
SKEIN 1 (multicolor ties): 73 yards, 2.7 oz/79 grams
Wraps per inch: 5-7
Gauge per inch: 1.5-3
Recommended needles: 11 or higher (metric: 8-9)
Recommended hook: M or higher
Bulky/super bulky weight
Hand wash cold, dry flat
