This is a sweet 1960s vintage purse! I love the bright happy colors and highly-textured crewel work. It was a display item used to sell Columbia-Minerva crewel-embroidered purse kits, and the tag attached says it's from kit number M-7339 with a retail cost of $12.00. I found a similar kit from the same company that was dated 1964, and this one is definitely from the same era.

It's in very good condition overall but does show its age a bit. The gold color on the frame has mellowed over time, and there's a spot of rust on the frame edge which has rubbed off on the corner of the bag...not glaringly obvious but worth mentioning. The inside lining is nice and clean with no issues at all. This sweet lil' bag is ready to use and enjoy!
