This one of a kind wood pendant features a stunning array of wood and metal inlay. We took a fantastic piece of dual colored Canarywood and inlaid Padauk, Purpleheart, and 'mystery wood'. The Padauk and Purpleheart circles have been 'charred' around the edges to make them more dimensional. The piece is also inlaid with brass, aluminum, and steel. There is no metal on the back surface, should sensitivity be a concern. The pendant hangs from a black leather cord that is 26" (66cm) at its longest and easily adjsutable to whatever length you choose.

The pendant measures approximately 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/8" or
4 1/2cm x 3 1/4cm x 3/4cm.

Our finishing process starts with several stages of sanding. We then apply tung oil to each piece. This brings out the grain and color of the wood and helps protect the piece from moisture and wear. When the tung oil is dry, the piece is sanded again. It’s then buffed on a buffing wheel. The piece is then waxed with a microcrystalline wax to protect this finish. We wax each piece several times, hand buffing it between each application.

Should your piece show signs of wear, buffing with an old t-shirt or other soft cloth should bring back the shiny glow it started with!
