Who's Aesop?
While little is known about Aesop, it is commonly agreed that he was born a slave in ancient Greece and eventually earned his freedom. While Aesop did not invent the genre of fables, these short stories typically used to teach children morals are most commonly associated with him.
This The Tortoise and the Hare inspired design features Aesop in the foreground in dark grey set against a turqouise stone textured background. The design also features a colorful depiction of a tortoise being chased by a hare. The moral from Aesop's famous tale reminds us that slow and steady wins the race.
