This is a a sophisticated couple, very Fred Astaire and Gingers Rogers in their look! The groom is quite tall, thin and dapper, dressed in the latest tuxedo tails in dark bronze (the robot version of black) with silver white shirt, fancy copper bow tie and a tall top hat! The lovely bride is wearing a robotic white (bright silver) gown in a sleek, form hugging style with slight drop neckline and a quickly widening skirt at the bottom ... kind of art deco for the bots. She carries a single fresh gear stem flower of real, finely detailed metal. The base is round, finished in a faux steal look...
Just about all wood except for a few tiny bits like, for example, the real metal, tiny detailed gears for her "flower."
The round and thin base is about 2 1/2" in diameter. With base the overall height is just slightly over 4" tall (remember, 2 1/2 centimeters to an inch). These are indeed light enough for pretty much any cake! While this is a fine cake topper it would also be great as a centerpiece or display table decoration and then nice keepsake for the couple.
As always I can customize this and most of my items with a special order. Let me know before ordering if you are interested in DIFFERENT COLORS or variations ... I love custom work, whether it's a small change, additional personalization or an entire new item from scratch, all at fair prices; let me know your desires and we can discuss details.
Generally these are collectable pieces meant for display or adult use or wear and NOT for young children to play with. Do to their hand made nature as well as the natural wood and materials used some variations are of course normal.
Please email rather than convo if possible for easy and flexible communication (address found in my profile, shoppe info etc.). Please note I take all kinds of different payment methods old and new which may change, see my store info etc... also, I ship worldwide!
I do hope the pictures here fully communicate the charm I am sure you will find in the final product once you hold it in your hands. Thank you for looking! Pete
