This ceramic clock was handbuilt, textured and glazed with Waterlily which has grass green undertones set off by the light drippy blues. The raised textured catch the lighter blue glaze which creates a dramatic look.
The clay face was fired in my kiln after if was textured, carved and hand glazed.
The clockworks is run with an AA battery (not provided)and has a built in hanging hole. The ceramic clock is light enough to hang from a small nail.
The clock face has a 5 1/2 inch diameter which is perfect for condos, offices or smaller rooms.
Each clock face that I create is slightly different due to the handmade processes that I use. Please note that the glaze and pattern may vary slightly from the posted image due to firing conditions. Sometimes the glaze shows more olive color then sometimes the smokey blue is dominant. Feel free to convo with questions :)
