It features a red, white and blue striped plastic mesh seat, a metal frame, four sturdy plastic and rubbger wheels and rubber grips on the handles. There are brightly colored balls mounted to the front for a dolly to play with. It features a fold up feature for easy storage and shipping. As with all vintage toys, to keep within current safety standards, this piece is sold as a decor item only.
It is marked "Victree of England".
This stroller does show vintage wear with areas of paint chipping and rust on the metal frame. The wheels show some scuffs from use.
