School Supplies - Vintage Learning Curve Pencil box

Remember those old learning curve books we used to in class? This pencil box covered with the learning curve alphabet print from our child hood. Too cute!
::::Solid wood construction

::::I first hand painted the box trim a chalkboard black and the sliding door an an tique white.

::::I then decoupaged with a vintage learning curve alphabet print scrapbook paper on the sides and chalkboard like paper with the vintage learning curve letter on the ends.

::::The edges are then sanded and rubbed with an antiquing agent for a timeless look.
The paper actually looks like it was painted on.

:::Measures approx. 8 1/2 in. long and 2 1/2 in. wide. Stands 2in. tall.

:::I use an acrylic sealer to protect the from fading and distress.

Enough room to fit many pencils, erasers, and glue sticks.

:::Sliding wood door for easy access.
