The front panel features a black filigree, stripes and a rose on a light blue background. The front also has a yellow face silhouette. The back panel has some yellow filigree and a small striped patch also on a light blue background.

This skirt was created using the Lil Blue Boo Twirl Skirt Pattern and is sold under a special license from Lil Blue Boo. I have altered the pattern slightly and have made each skirt a tad longer than the original.
