Hand embroidered on Dupioni Silk, these pillows measure 8 by 4 inches, and are made as an envelope so that they can be washed and also switch the insert over time.The muslin insert is filled with ¾ cup of organic flaxseed and ¾ cup of lavender fron Provence, France. Additional inserts can be purchased for $6 , if you need to refresh.. The dupioni envelope can be gently hand washed in cold water and air dried (without the insert), and touched up with an iron.
The wonderfully calming scent of lavender has many restorative properties, relieving headaches, stress, tension, and rejuvenates the soul! The weight of the flax seeds provides gentle pressure, and the scent of the lavender provides aromatherapy. You may put the pillow in the freezer for a short time ( inside a plastic bag is best) to chill it for tired and puffy eyes.
