In order to keep the integrity of the level of poof in the tulle’s appearance, more yardage will be needed for sizes beyond a 29” waist. Photos of tutus are on models with 24"-28” waists. If you have already purchased this listing, I can invoice you the additional charge or convo me for a custom listing. The waist adjustment fees are:

30” -34.5”: +$20
35" - 39.5": +$25
I recommend adding a slip or our satin lining for a formal skirt for women or teens. The model is not wearing a slip nor is the skirt lined. She is wearing leggings underneath the six layers of tulle.

Lining includes hook & eye and snap closures. Unlined tutus tie on with the waist ribbon into a bow. They are not stitched up the back. The lining of a lined tutu is stitched up the back.
