The rose colored stone is a large vintage rhinestone. it does have tiny little inclusions in in, however this adds to the antique style of the ring.
The band is adjustable so it will fit most all finger sizes.
Vintage items are just that "vintage". They may have slight imperfections: scratches, worn foil, or some clouding or minor inclusions. However, I try very carefully to choose the best stones for you, and would never sell you anything I would not be proud to wear myself. I think that these small imperfections just add to the charm of a vintage item.
