We start with a very top secret apple butter recipe. It is my very own and I created one autumn after too much apple picking. It's crisp organic apples with just the right amount of organic butter, organic brown sugar, and my special blend of organic spices. Then it is swirled into Have It Sweet's famous marshmallows and rolled in organic butter cookies. These are just to die for.
There are 15 one inch by one inch marshmallows in each order.

Your marshmallows will be packaged in a 100% biodegradable cello bag. Then they are labeled and wrapped in raffia. These are ready to give as gifts.
All of confections are made in small, two pound batches. They are cooked, hand-poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped. This is very labor intensive process. Your order will take between 7 to 15 business days to complete (not including shipping time).
These are nut, tree nut, soy and dairy free. But these are prepared in a kitchen that uses shared equipment.
These do contain gluten because of the graham crackers. However we also have gluten free cookies, if you'd prefer those let me know.
