This is an Original Oil Painting inspired by a trip to Historic Hopewell Village. I was sitting in front of an enormous tree and looked up and just wanted to capture the branches and leaves. It was summer, but artistic licence enticed me to do an Autumn painting...

~~My styles are so eclectic. I love to express myself in abstract and modern works most of the time, but also like impressionism and realism once in awhile. I do many seascape abstract paintings. I am also moved to create by looking at the texture of trees and the overall landscape. I love to work with texture mediums because of my love of the organic nature of the world around me.
~~My work is signed and dated on the front, unless I feel that a signature would take away from the overall composition of the painting then I sign on the back.

Exciting News
One of my paintings has been purchased to appear in a movie written and directed by Stephen M. Anderson, who wrote and directed a short film "Hearts of Stone" which was a runner up for an Academy Award. The movie's name will be given once there is a release date, as it is still in the filming process.
