Blue Ooga Booga is a soft, nice weight 100% combed cotton interlock knit with lovable Blue Ooga Booga and other Monsters in Avocado Green, Orange and light Orange. The background is white with the words Ooga Booga printed on it in Avocado Green, Orange and light Orange. Too Cute!
This fabric is perfect to make any of my Bootie patterns requiring knit fabric.

Interlock
Description: Compound fabric made by “inter-knitting,” or interlocking, two simple ribbed fabrics, each made with single yarn. Has fine ribs running lengthwise. Fabric’s face and reverse look same, making it reversible.
Properties: Almost no lengthwise stretch; more crosswise stretch than double knits or jerseys; fairly good shape retention. Raw or cut edges don’t curl; unravels only from end last knitted.
Best use: Wonderful for T-shirts, turtlenecks, casual skirts and dresses, and children’s wear. Because of its crosswise stretch, use pattern designed for interlock knits, or be prepared to adjust pattern.
Patterns 1 and 2 are self lining and require knit fabric.
Patterns 3 and 5 will require knit fabric and an additional knit fabric for the lining.
Patterns 4 and the Airplane Bootie can be made from any type of fabric. They requires a separate lining fabric. (I prefer Flannel when using woven fabric)

Fabric is NOT pre-washed.
100% cotton fabric shrinks quite a bit when washed and dried in a dryer.
(I washed a fat quarter of this fabric. It came out wonderful, but it had shrunk by 3 inches lengthwise and 1 1/2 inches in width. So, I would allow for 6 x 3 inch shrinkage per yard and wash it before cutting out a pattern).
