The ear-piece is made using enameled copper wire in red and black. I make the rings that make up the chain myself, so there are some places in the copper rings where the copper color shows through where it was cut. It isn't very noticeable, though, but this is just a heads up so you know.
At the end of the ear-piece are two flattish round black beads and a red glass bead. The earring parts are two silver-colored metal post earrings. The entire ear-piece is 3 1/2" (8.9 cm) long from top earring ball to bottom bead (this is the shorter chain measurement- the other chain dangles lower), and is 2 1/4" (5.7 cm) long from earring post to earring post.

This is for a single ear piece that can be worn in either ear.
