Shannon Rodgers was a fashion designer in the 1950s and 1960s who started out designing for movies and then went on to work closely with Jerry Silverman to design a successful New York ready-to-wear line. Many of their dresses were donated to the Kent State University Museum and make up a large part of their fashion collection. This dress appears to be a one-of-a-kind piece. I was unable to find information about Mollie Miesels.
