-leg warmers have elastic to stay on
-loop at the top of the legwarmers to tie the shorts on if you want (model is not wearing them tied on)
-bustle ties on
(i added another photo of a similar outfit so you can see what it looks like in other color combos)

waist- 26" to 33"
inseam to waistband- 8 1/2"
LEG WARMERS:
elastic width around- 10" to 12 1/2"
length- 13" to 23"
BUSTLE BELT:
Width around (not including long ties)- 28"
length- 9"
Hand wash & Air dry for a longer life.
