This is a high quality, very soft, 100% cotton fabric. Machine wash, tumble dry cool.
Size: 21.5" all around, it has 6" elastic on the back, which expands up to 9". The headband measures 7" at widest point. My head is 22" circumreference, and it fits very comfortable.
Headband comes from smoke and pet free environment!
