You might be thinking, why would you want to put charcoal in soap? You want to get clean, not dirty ... right? Well the charcoal we use in this soap isn't the type you scrape off your burnt toast - it's a specially activated kind that can absorb toxins and excess oil from the surface layer of your skin. The tiny particles also unclog pores and gently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells. This soap contains a generous portion of activated charcoal, plus a complexion-loving essential blend of tea tree (soothes red, inflamed skin and acne), and lavender (a natural antiseptic that soothes and heals).

Our soaps are all made from scratch using the traditional cold process method, and they have a silky, creamy lather that feels wonderful on the skin. The bars are a generous size, and kept in a well-drained soap dish between uses you'll get lots of washes out of each one.

The palm oil we use in our soap is sourced from a supplier who is a member of the RSPO (roundtable on sustainable palm oil): the international organisation that promotes the growth and use of sustainable palm oil.

Ingredients: olive oil, sustainable palm oil, coconut oil, water, sodium hydroxide, castor oil, lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil, activated charcoal powder, white oxide.
