A classic and comfortable party dress featuring a 3/4 length black and ivory striped top lined with a soft jersey inside makes this piece easy and fun to wear. The skirt portion is made from black nylon tulle also lined with a soft nylon slip for comfort.

This design is custom made to order and takes 2-3 weeks to produce.
