This is a very nice set of two matching vintage 1950s/1960s plates to which I added my screenprinted atomic image.
The two vintage plates both measure approximately 8 inch/20 cm (diameter), so they're the perfect breakfast plates. I screenprinted and then added the images by hand, which means that no two items are the same.
Though these plates are pretty old, they're still in a perfect condition. However one of the plates has some very small screenprinting flaws. Therefore this set sells for a reduced price: $52 instead of $68.
The plates are fired on a high temperature and are therefore suitable for daily use. However, they're best treated gently! I don't recommend putting them in the dishwasher or microwave: they should be dishwasher-safe, but I can't guarantee the colors remain as vivid as they are now in the long run. So just a bit of hot water and soap will keep them in good shape!
